Payments for content are made within 24 hours of approval via PayPal.

2. 📦 Do I need to buy the product myself?

You’ll always receive the money upfront (via PayPal) to place any order. Sometimes brands prefer to send the product directly instead — in those cases, no purchase is needed.

3. 🎥 What type of content will I need to create?

It could be simple product photos (faceless, no social post) or fun UGC like unboxings, demos, or lifestyle clips. Briefs are easy and flexible — and you can always accept or decline collaborations that aren’t a fit.

4. ⏰ How fast do I need to deliver?

Typically within 14 days of receiving the product (we always state timescales at the start on the collab details). Being responsive and on time helps unlock bigger paid projects from bigger brands.

5. 🚀 What happens after the trial collab?

If you follow instructions and deliver on time, you become a Trusted iHelpBrands Creator - meaning your content/socials are shown to bigger brands to attract ongoing paid collaborations. When a brand chooses you, you will be given a username/password to log in to the 'Your Collabs/Partnerships' portal.

6. 👨‍👨‍👧‍👧👨‍👨‍👧‍👧 Do I need a certain number of followers to take part?

No - follower count doesn’t matter. It's more important that a creator follows instructions and responds to messages swiftly than have a large follower count. Brands prefer working with responsive creators.
